Under no circumstances are guests allowed to roam areas of the property (with livestock) outside of the Homestead fence and driveway areas.

Pet friendly on request only and with the addition of a $225 pet fee, please let us know the age & breed of your furry family member for approval.

- STRICTLY NO PARTIES. $5000 PENALTY (refer to terms and conditions)
- No groups. No schoolies. No Hens or Bucks groups. No events
- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported
- If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests
- All guests must complete the standard Luxico Guest Agreement
